On the ground floor there are large sitting and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities. The dining room opens onto a large covered patio with a sitting and bar area leading to a secluded garden. On the first floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a four poster bed with a rolltop bath and separate shower in the ensuite bathroom whilst the double and twin rooms have ensuite shower rooms. There is a large wooden deck, accessed from the second floor landing. On the second floor there are two further bedrooms, one single and one twin, both with excellent views of the harbour and neighbouring islands. They share a bathroom and there is a tv/study area on the landing as well as a wooden deck with fantastic views over the harbour. In the basement area there is a games room with pool table and bar and a cinema room.
